Job Description

Are you a problemsolver who thrives in a fastpaced environment Do you love helping people and making their lives easier Join our team as an OnSite Customer Service Representative and be the goto person for customers while gaining valuable experience in customer service accounting and dispatch coordination.

What You ll Do:

  • Be the friendly face and voice that helps customers with their questions and concerns.
  • Create and manage customer cases directing them to the right team for solutions.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks updating payments processing invoices and keeping things organized.
  • Keep dispatch schedules on track by coordinating updates pickups and changes.
  • Work closely with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Stay on top of customer records transactions and resolutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus but not required!.
  • Experience in customer service accounting or dispatch coordination is a bonus.
  • Strong multitasking skills you re the kind of person who can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
  • Techsavvy: You re comfortable with Microsoft Office email and learning new software.
  • A positive cando attitude and a teamoriented mindset.
