Job Description
Our client is a fastgrowing CRM and digital consulting firm entering a new growth phase. To help accelerate our expansion were looking for a commercially minded Senior Leader to drive business development lead complex CRM projects and shape our strategic direction.
What Youll Do:
Identify and close strategic deals with midmarket and enterprise clients
Define CRM visions and deliver fulllifecycle transformation projects
Lead and mentor highperforming consulting teams
Own the commercial pipeline from lead to delivery
Represent the firm in marketing and thought leadership initiatives
Contribute to companywide strategy and operations
What You Bring:
8 years experience in CRM consulting digital transformation or business development
Strong expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Proven success in winning and managing key accounts
Leadership experience and team development skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and resultsdriven approach
Fluent in English; Dutch or French preferred
Solid understanding of the Benelux consulting landscape
