Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Transportation Operations Manager to lead daily transportation services for a seniorfocused organization. This role involves managing drivers overseeing fleet operations ensuring safety compliance and resolving transportationrelated issues. Candidates must have experience working with seniors and fluency in Korean and English.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise transportation staff and conduct performance evaluations
  • Manage scheduling route planning and dispatch coordination
  • Oversee fleet maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate transportation logs and submit monthly reports
  • Communicate with participants families and care teams to resolve issues
  • Drive vehicles when necessary to cover staff shortages

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with the elderly (Required)
  • Previous supervisory or transportation management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of LA traffic routes and vehicle dispatch
  • Fluent in Korean and English (Required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic database tools
  • Valid driver s license (CDL preferred)

Schedule & Physical Requirements

  • Mon Fri 7 AM 5 PM (occasional weekends or overnights)
  • Must lift/push up to 150 lbs
  • Mix of desk and ontheroad work
