Job Description
Be part of our client s team as a Total Rewards Manager and take the lead in designing and implementing strategic compensation benefits and recognition programs that drive engagement and performance. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistency equity and alignment in rewards practices that support business goals across departments.

Your Daily Tasks
- Designing a Total Rewards framework aligned with business goals and evolving EVP
- Implementing compensation and benefits strategies that support organizational objectives
- Conducting internal compensation analyses and external benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures
- Leading the annual compensation cycle including merit increases bonuses and promotions
- Developing recognition programs and nonfinancial reward mechanisms to enhance employee engagement
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition to align candidate benchmarks with internal salary bands and workforce planning
- Managing benefit programs and vendor relationships to ensure costeffectiveness and relevance
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and standards on pay transparency and equity
- Advising business leaders on compensation decisions and employeerelated investments
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 5 years of handson experience in Total Rewards program design implementation and optimization
- Strong analytical skills for compensation planning market benchmarking and datadriven decisionmaking
- Indepth knowledge of local labor laws and pay transparency regulations
- Proven experience managing complex processoriented Total Rewards or HR projects
- Familiarity with global compensation strategies and international market data
- Effective communicator with a strong ability to collaborate across departments and functions
- Working knowledge of employee recognition wellness and wellbeing program frameworks
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Workday)
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
