As a Weekend Care Professional your role is crucial in improving the wellbeing and independence of elderly people through personalised care. Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage in companionship improving the lives of your clients through conversation and shared activities.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as preparing meals maintaining a clean and safe living environment and running errands.
- Provide personal care such as washing and dressing.
- Support and encourage physical activity and exercises tailored to the abilities of each client.
- Offer timely reminders and assistance with medications prioritising safety and wellbeing.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social gatherings providing transportation as needed.
