In this role you will be working as a HVAC Estimator for a client that works in the HVAC manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for doing bid and spec design/build projects and put together accurate estimates for clients.
This is a direct hire role that must be performed onsite.
The pay on this position is between $130000 and $160000
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in mechanical estimating (HVAC or piping preferred)
- Microsoft Office skills
- ERP/CRM experience
- Ability to review project plans and specs
- Experience preparing takeoffs and cost estimates for mechanical systems
- Ability to analyze labor materials equipment and time requirements for projects
- Bid preparation and submission experience
