Informa Client Relationship Managers work with clients and partners across an expert portfolio that includes Business Performance Strategy Management & Leadership Professional Development Finance Project Management HR Sales Marketing PR Property Supply Chain Procurement ICT Healthcare and Industry.
In this role you will have the opportunity to build on Informas existing credibility to maximise the significant market opportunity for events training and consulting across the GCC.
Job Purpose
- Actively secure and develop strategic relationships with key organisations
- Become a trusted advisor for key stakeholders on internal capability projects and business transformation needs
- Lead the project delivery team from needs development to successfully
- Build and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with new and existing clients
- Actively promote Informas reputation with all stakeholders whilst increasing profitability and meeting set business development objectives
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts by leveraging Informas reputation as market leader in the business education and events space
- Followup on inbound leads that come via our events website digital referrals and marketing initiatives
- Demonstrate a consultative clientfocused approach that reinforces Informa as a trusted partner in the Kingdom
- Work closely with support departments to ensure a bestinclass client offering
- Respond to RFPs with proposals that reflect Informas image
- Forecast and report efficiently and accurately
Qualifications :
Competencies / Skillset
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong communicator with a senior stakeholder client audience
- Clientfocused with the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and partners
- Proven consultative selling skills
- Tender and proposal writing capability
- Proven ability and desire to work in a targetbased environment
- Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of working with and managing a CRM (for e.g Salesforce)
Background Essential
- 56 years of solutions sales experience with a proven track record of high value client management
- Facetoface selling and relationshipbuilding experience
Desirable
- Experience selling in consulting training conference or events industries
Minimum Education Level Required
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent
