What your role will look like

• As Residential Supervisor you will lead a team of staff providing personcentred care to support our clients with various aspects of their daily living.
• You will manage all aspects around service delivery including resourcing quality risk management and budgeting.
• Lead a vibrant team who celebrate the small joys that make a big difference to peoples lives.
• Enjoy the opportunity to grow your team building a valuable skillset across physical health as well as an appreciation of mental health to support our clients. You will interact with health professionals promoting our holistic model of care.

Youll need a Certificate IV in Disability Community Services or Aged Care and a minimum 4 years relevant experience. Experience in team leadership budget management and supervision is highly desirable
