- Support Sales and Business Development teams with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare and maintain daily monthly and quarterly sales and operational reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials proposals presentations and reports.
- Manage and update CRM systems and salesrelated databases.
- Conduct P&L simulations using Excel and the companys system to support financial decisionmaking.
- Coordinate internal communication between Sales Pricing Legal Operations and finance teams.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients industry trends and partnership opportunities.
- Help track sales pipeline progress and follow up on leads and partner engagements.
- Assist in organizing client meetings events and business development activities.
- Contribute to improving internal processes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Entry level or less than 3 years of sales support or business development support experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply chain management Logistics Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Selfmotivated teamoriented and adaptable to a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to expand knowledge of logistics industry
