Job Description
Shaker Recruitment Marketing is now accepting applications for our 2025 summer internship program. Our internship program provides handson learning mentorship and networking opportunities that will help you build a strong foundation for your future career.
We are seeking a highly organized Analytics Intern to join our team for a 10weeks in our Oak Park office. The intern will gain handson experience in various creative areas including:
Populate and maintain the Ad Ops database in FileMaker ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Clean and organize the Tableau server ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
Document fields in Snowflake and Tableau dashboards assisting with the organization and clarity of data.
Support the team in managing and updating ad operations data to improve workflow and reporting accuracy.
Assist with various ad operations tasks as needed including data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications :
Availability to work 32 hours/week in our Oak Park office.
Currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a bachelors degree in marketing data analytics or a related field.
Data analytics interest or background with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Familiarity with Excel including basic data manipulation and reporting functions.
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus (but not required).
Willingness to learn and work with tools such as FileMaker and Snowflake.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for data accuracy.
Ability to quickly grasp new software tools and systems.
Eagerness to learn more about ad operations and data management processes.
Strong timemanagement skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
Duration and Schedule:The Internship program runs from June 2 August 7 2025. This is a fulltime inperson opportunity. Interns are expected to work Monday Thursday from 8:45 am 4:45 pm CST.
