Job Description
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to design various project features and ArcGIS for watershed planning.
- Prepare studies reports and design documents to support plans and specifications for civil and water resources projects and watershed planning efforts.
- Complete engineering analyses and calculations.
- Prepare outline of engineering services scope of work and associated budgets.
- Develop solutions for various types of Water Resource projects.
- Assist in client contact and communications.
- Perform project management duties.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering Bioproducts and Biosystem Engineering or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the civil and water resources engineering areas.
- ND Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain the license within 6 months.
- Basic understanding of water resources and associated regulations in the Midwest.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills.
- Solid critical thinking skills along with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude under pressure strong team player responsible and selfmotivated.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in AutoCad Civil 3D ArcGIS or hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
- Valid drivers license in good standing with availability for periodic travel.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
