We are seeking an experienced HR IT Consultant to oversee and enhance our SAP HCM operations in the APAC region. This role will serve as a critical link between HR business units and IT ensuring that our systems and processes align with both local and global requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR technology particularly SAP HCM and demonstrate strong project management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the HR IT regional platforms and foundations including but not limited to SuccessFactors SAP HCM SAP Fiori.
- Support Implementation of HR IT Master Data Management solutions utilizing both cloud and onpremise technologies. Utilizes knowledge in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to support business needs
- Knowledge Management: Serve as the knowledge source for HR IT technologies architecture and data flow. Performs and acts as a Technical support in HR endtoend Business processes and configuration.
- Technical Authority: Act as the technical authority within the area of responsibility. Drive innovations and improve existing technologies.
- Consultation and Guidance: Provides end to end business process consulting to internal customers serving as the IT partner and provider at a Regional level for HR departments Center of Excellence and HR Services.
- Optimization and Innovation: Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and technologies. Ensure optimization of HRIT technical landscape platforms and data flows focusing on strategy portfolio architecture and roadmap.
- Vendor Management: coordinate HR IT providers monitor performance
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or Computer science related field
- 3 5 years of IT or Industry working experience.
- Technical Knowledge of HR IT platforms esp. but not limited to SuccessFactors SAP HCM Master Data Management Architecture Management. SAP ABAP programming for HCM esp. interface techniques
- Project management skills (Minimum 3 years relevant SAP project experience)
- Excellent problemsolving and holistic thinking skills
- Efficient troubleshooting capabilities
- High customerorientation and interpersonal skills
- Intercultural sensitivity
- Working knowledge or experience with HR business processes
- Language spoken English
- Open to travel up to 10 incl. business trips abroad
