Job Description
(Drywall Estimation Experience a Plus!
Lead estimation efforts for commercial projects focusing on IMP and ACM systems with opportunities to expand into drywall estimation. Join a company that values precision innovation and growth.
Prepare detailed material and labor estimates for IMP/ACM projects
Review project plans specifications and contract documents
Collaborate with project management teams
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
Participate in project handoff meetings
Master OnScreen Takeoff and Quickbid software for accurate estimations
Support value engineering initiatives
3 years experience estimating IMP and ACM projects
Proficiency in OnScreen Takeoff and Quickbid software
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Outstanding communication abilities
Valid drivers license
Must be currently domiciled in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship
Experience with drywall estimation
Background in commercial construction
Additional construction management software knowledge
Experience with designbuild projects
