The Returns and Recommerce Economics & Intelligence team advances returns science to maximize efficiency in returns processes while enhancing customer experience. We bring together economists analysts and engineers who leverage methodologies including causal inference structural modeling machine learning and data science to deliver actionable insights. Our work spans the entire returns value chain from understanding customer behavior to optimizing recommerce strategies or warehouse operations.
We are looking for a detailoriented organized and responsible Economist intern with a strong background in statistics in addition to a wellfurnished causal inference toolkit. The ideal candidate will be proficient in R and/or Python with experience in data manipulation statistical modeling and hypothesis testing. They should be comfortable working with large datasets conducting rigorous analyses and communicating findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
