ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for overseeing all farm operations. 
• Ensure that birds are grown per Foster Farms policy and that eggs are gathered and handled properly to assure optimum hatch.
• Chicken house environmental adjustments.
• Collection and proper handling of eggs.
• Collection and proper disposal of daily mortality.
• Operation of tractors and equipment for the cleaning of chicken houses and farm maintenance.
• Set up and placement of birds.
• Preparation for ship out of birds.
• Safety and environmental compliance.
• Management of farm labor.
• Responsible for breeder performance quality and production.               
• Controlling and maintaining bird health.
• Monitoring all ranch functions.
• Coordinate all ranch functions which includes accurate completion of all records egg gathering/handling.
• Excellent communication skills with higher authority.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year of successful poultry management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong mechanical skills are preferred.
• Maintain compliance to company programs procedures and safety standards. 
• Maintain good employer and employee relations.
• REquired to reside in the onstie company dwelling.
