Job Description
Reporting to the Public Affairs Manager the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of foodpandas public policy strategy corporate social responsibility and sustainability programmes to optimize the business and operating environment. Working collaboratively with various business functions in foodpanda the successful candidate will be a key contributor in maintaining the companys good reputation and standing among the communities in which we operate.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of foodpandas internal public policy strategy and programmes on topics relating to the tech and food delivery sector;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in supporting the implementation of foodpandas public affairs CSR and sustainability programmes; key tasks include: doing research work stakeholder meetings and discussions; events planning and ; drafting of letters MOAs and other relevant documents; and other related tasks.
- Help build foodpandas stakeholder network within the public sector academia professional associations NGOs and more both at the central and local levels (travel to provinces regional company offices and other key locations are required)
- Assist in the planning and of CSR and sustainability efforts and other relevant initiatives; engage in partnerships with government agencies local government units and/or NGOs to drive our CSR and sustainability programs
- Help identify and pursue partnerships with government agencies key opinion leaders or credible organizations to build thought leadership
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Political Science Communications Research Social Development Public Administration or related course
- 13 years experience in public affairs government agency work community relations CSR/sustainability or other related fields
- Experience in digital platforms (e.g. food delivery TNVS) is a plus
- Experience in legislative lobbying is a plus
- Background in fastpaced entrepreneurial startup/tech environments preferred.
- Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
