The System Architecture Engineers role is to develop and evolve technical network and service architectures and design strategies to maintain enhance and evolve the TMobile Technology portfolio. Specific tasks may include the creation adaption or revision of detailed schematics of network and service architecture hardware and software selections and implementation techniques and processes. May be required to perform evaluate or interpret network simulation test results or leadingedge technology studies. Technical documentation and presentation skills are required in order to translate complex ideas to a wide range of audiences. Influence and drive industry forums. Works on technical assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognizes that need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Normally follows established procedures on routine work requires instructions only on new assignments.Job Responsibilities:Education:

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
