Position Summary
We are excited to invite a highly motivated and detailoriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will part of the Network Platform Solutions Contracts & Pricing Team to support Strategic Contract Manager Web (SCM) IT projects and managing the loading of Fee Schedules through the Rate Management System (RMS).
Responsibilities include:
Driving increased automation through Strategic Contract Manager (SCM) and SCSR (Service Code Service Rate)
Loading fee schedule templates through Rate Management System (RMS) using Unified Functional Testing (UFT)
Prioritizing tracking and triaging IRIS tickets for automation of fee schedule template loads
Assist with ongoing management of Strategic Contract Manager (SCM) system enhancements and fixes
Ongoing management may include project planning documentation of requirements and review of IT design/development user acceptance testing and system implementation
Act as a SCM Subject Matter Expertise both with business and IT
Assist in conducting research associated to business system issues and development of workarounds and communications of identified issues
Creating monthly metrics reports for leadership dashboards
Required Qualification
2 to 3 years project management experience
2 to 3 years contract management and processes
57 years healthcare insurance experience
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts
Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver assigned projects
Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate SCSR knowledge
Familiarity with Rate Management System and Strategic Contract Manager Web Application
Familiarity with Unified Functional Testing
Working knowledge of the IRIS ticketing process
Demonstrate curiosity when identifying issues and pursuing solutions and providing ideas to improve processes
Proficiency in Microsoft: Excel Word and Teams
QuickBase and SharePoint user experience
Intermediate Access Database skills
Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$54300.00 $145860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
