Job Description

As Sr. Digital Market Specialist DACH youll be the essential link between our Local Head Office (LHO) in Cologne and Central Head Office (CHO) in Amsterdam. Youll work at the intersection of global strategy and local executionadapting digital initiatives to match the cultural commercial and customer needs of Germany Austria and Switzerland.
Based in Amsterdam and regularly working from Cologne youll collaborate with the local team on digital campaigns eCommerce performance CRM and paid mediaturning insights into action and strategy into success. Your role is as much about analysis and optimization as it is about collaboration and communication. Youre the voice of DACH at CHO and the guardian of CHOs strategy within the region.
Your daytoday might include:
- Analyzing online performance & customer journeys for digital acceleration.
- Evaluate online campaigns (owned and paid).
- Understand and integrate the local nuances (e.g. language content & providing insights for local approaches).
- Optimize and execute local digital activities to test & learn on the most effective channel mix.
- Monitor web & app performance and create scalable omnichannel initiatives.
- Stakeholder management CHO/LHO.
- Understanding of the omnichannel integration recognizing how online and offline touchpoints harmonize and effectively implementing the local markets digital marketing strategies.
- Build with CHO on Online Advertising budgets (incl. acquisition brand activation) and advice on conscious usage.
- Focus on Digital KPIs like turnover growth in visitors monitor AOV and focus on ROI/ROAS of online campaigns.

Joining our Digital Marketing Team you can count on a warm welcome to the team. We currently have 4 subteams within digital marketing with their own specialisms. We are transitioning into a datadriven organization with a likewise thinking. You will be working closely with the digital channel specialists to realize and execute optimizations. Your direct reporting line will be to the Manager for the Digital Markets team with a dotted line to the Head of Marketing of DACH.

Qualifications :
High on energy low on ego and with a little bit of humor. We are looking for a Sr. Digital Market Specialist who is passionate about our products and excels in Digital Marketing. Apart from your passion and experience in Digital Marketing wed love to see the following background and experience:
- You perform on a Bachelors or Masters level.
- You have 3 or more years of experience in digital marketing retail experience is highly appreciated.
- You are native in German and fluent in English both written and verbal.
- You are datadriven and very familiar with Google Analytics.
- You are energetic and willing to travel regularly to the LHO team in Cologne.
