What you can expect
- Work to agile best practices and crossfunctionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Youll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients as well as working on internal projects
- Live inperson whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team alongside asynchronous communication on Teams
- Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. However the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

- Handson experience with design tools for creating prototypes and design systems.
- Experience with usability testing user research and analysis of insights to inform design decisions

- Offer creative ideas in client discussions and internal projects.
- Support senior team members in design initiatives and client proposals.

- You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
- A proactive and enthusiastic UX/UIDesigner (User Experience User Interface User Research) with a passion for creating usercentred designs.
- Comfortable working across all PA industries including Consumer & Manufacturing Public Sector Defence & Security Energy & Utilities Financial Services and Transport
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Ability to work independently on design tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
- A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and grow within a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and peers.
- Eagerness to contribute to internal digital design initiatives and stay updated with industry trends.
