ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client a Greek leading company specializing in dermocosmetics and nutritional supplements is seeking a B2 Sales Representative (Pharmacies) to join their growing team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
The B2B Sales Representative (Pharmacies) will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through targeted client engagement and strategic business development. You will be responsible for managing relationships with pharmacies identifying opportunities to promote the companys products and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. You will collaborate with pharmacists pharmacy owners and key stakeholders to ensure that the companys solutions are effectively integrated into their business.
More Specifically:
- Effectively promote the companys dermocosmetics and nutritional supplements to pharmacists and pharmacy owners
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with pharmacies key partners and stakeholders
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies
- Expand the customer base by identifying and engaging new pharmacy clients while maintaining strong connections with existing customers
- Implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries and offering product training
Requirements - Previous experience in sales ideally in the pharmaceutical sector or working with pharmacies
- Bachelors degree in Health Sciences Pharmacy Nutrition Business Administration or a related field (will be considered a plus)
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with pharmacy professionals
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and committed to achieving high performance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- A valid drivers license and ability to travel
