Job Description
- Provide potential solutions to new products processes and future technology breakthrough.
- Technical knowledge and process experts on specific process area.
- Understand the fundamentals and interactions of new process with Plate Polish and Wash.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop new products to meet technology roadmap requirement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regular
- Support NPI/Pilot to deliver and meeting new product requirement.
- Conduct experiments for new enablers quality and cost improvement. Perform pilot scale testing analyze data and reporting.
- Applies technical knowledge to design and develop processes procedures and tooling concepts.
- Qualify process launch into manufacturing and quantify improvement.
- Process qualification through SMO.
- Volume trial run through TECN.
- Implementation through PECN.
- Ensure proper documentation is complete.
- Prepare and presents data and recommendations at technical review.
Irregular
- Training of new process.
- Lead or join Yield/Quality/Cost for Continuous Improvement or troubleshooting task force.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Masters degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Engineering/Material Science
PREFERRED:
- Fresh graduate with strong leadership skill and teamwork player
SKILLS
- Data analytic skill
- Communication skill
