Job Description
Join us in providing staffing solutions that help hospitals aged care facilities and clinics deliver highquality patient care by:
Client & Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with clients healthcare workers (largely nurses) ensuring satisfaction retention and seamless placement processes through effective communication and customer service.
Operational Efficiency & Financial Targets: Manage shift requirements databases and operational processes while achieving individual and team financial goals. Proactively identify opportunities for candidate placements and market growth.
Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to legal safety and quality standards and continuously seek ways to improve operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery.

Our ideal candidate will inspire the following:
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills from experience in a commercial call centre sales or recruitment environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Any certification in business administration recruitment sales or customer service are desirable
- Experience in recruitment/Operations experience in the healthcare sector (desirable)
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Initiative and ability to work autonomously or within a team
- Any understanding of the healthcare nursing or aged care sectors will put you at an advantage!
- A background in multisite service businesses or targetdriven environments
