Job Description

Join us in providing staffing solutions that help hospitals aged care facilities and clinics deliver highquality patient care by:

  • Client & Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with clients healthcare workers (largely nurses) ensuring satisfaction retention and seamless placement processes through effective communication and customer service.

  • Operational Efficiency & Financial Targets: Manage shift requirements databases and operational processes while achieving individual and team financial goals. Proactively identify opportunities for candidate placements and market growth.

  • Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to legal safety and quality standards and continuously seek ways to improve operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery.

  • Fulltime hybrid role 2 days WFH) near Town Hall Station

  • Monday to Friday supportive team training & bonuses incentives

Lets talk about you!

Our ideal candidate will inspire the following:

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills from experience in a commercial call centre sales or recruitment environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Any certification in business administration recruitment sales or customer service are desirable
  • Experience in recruitment/Operations experience in the healthcare sector (desirable)
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Initiative and ability to work autonomously or within a team
  • Any understanding of the healthcare nursing or aged care sectors will put you at an advantage!
  • A background in multisite service businesses or targetdriven environments
