We work in partnership with the individual and their support network to identify strengths areas of need and develop support strategies that build capacity and work with participants interests. We meet participants in their community setting to support building inclusive environments to suit their needs and work on transferrable skills that relate to their everyday lives.
During induction we support registration or continuation of registration with the Quality & Safeguards Commission as a Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with a very strong individualised support and supervision structure that assists in development of learning & career goals.
