Responsibilities
- DevelopstrongtrustedrelationshipswithnewandexistingBrokers
- GeneratenewBluestonebrokerleadsandclosesalesthroughacombinationofprospectingandrelationshipdevelopment.
- Drivemarketactivityandincreaseinnewapplicationsfromexistingbrokersviaaconsistentandeffectiveengagementplan.
- Collaboratecloselywithinternalstakeholdersandteamstoeffectivelypositionourproductsandsolutionsinmarket.
- MaintainanorganisedpipelineandactivityrecordsusingourCRM.
- Prepareaquarterlyplan&aconsistentcallplanoffacetofaceonlinemeetingsandproactivecalls.
- ParticipateinnetworkingandotherbrokereventssuchasPDdayscoffeeclustersandconferences.
- Providebestinclassserviceresponsivenessandproblemsolving.
- ParticipateinexternaleventsandsocialengagementstobuildrelationshipswithBrokersandboostourbrandingefforts.
Yourexperience
- Priorrelationshipmanagementskillsandprovensalesresults.
- Minimum2yearsoflendingexperience.
- PriorBDMexperienceinthethirdpartybrokermarket.
- Superiorcommunicationandpresentationskills.
- Theabilitytoworkasateamplayer.
- Selfreliantandresultsdriven.
- Avaliddriverslicenceandreliablevehicle.
