Job Description
- Redistribute waste in rolloff bins with a 8k telehandler forklift.
- Line rolloff bins with plastic liners.
- Maintain a clean work area by sweeping and hosing down floors.
- Spot for drivers and fellow technicians.
- Monitor 2 different waste streams as they fill up rolloff bins and check both every 30 minutes.
- Hose down the outside of rolloff bins as they come back from the landfill.
- Occasionally chip hardened waste from the inside of rolloff bins.
- Use bucket attachment for forklift to scoop out waste from overfilled bins.
- Complete required documentation accurately timely and legibly in accordance with applicable regulations customer policies practices and procedures.
- Perform other reasonably related tasked as assigned by management
Qualifications :
- Must be able to slide heavy lids on and off the rolloff bins
Visual acuity to read labels and documentation; depth perception to safely drive forklifts
Ability to hear vehicle warning chimes and alarms
Ability to work outdoors in all climate conditions and indoors in nonclimatecontrolled conditions
Willingness and ability to wear companyissued personal protection equipment including safety glasses hard had steel toed shoes gloves Tyvek coveralls and respirator.
