Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650 provider multispecialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a Family Practitioner (MD/DO) to join a robust clinicbased practice and work fulltime at its Garrity clinic. Saint Alphonsus Garrity Family Medicine is dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients and is conveniently located in close proximity to Saint Alphonsus Medical Center Nampa.
The clinic recently moved to a brand new stateoftheart 16000 square foot facility with onsite imaging. Other services at this practice location include pediatrics occupational medicine and urgent care. Opportunity to practice full spectrum OB with 24/7 coverage is available.
Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program;
Board certified or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment;
Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases;
Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
