About the Practice:
We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to join a nationally recognized primary care organization in the Phoenix AZ. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a value-based care model that emphasizes patient-centered care work-life balance and clinical autonomy.
This position is open to 2025 and 2026 residents perfect for those looking to transition directly into a high-impact rewarding practice setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary care to a panel averaging 20 patients/day with scheduled and sameday visits.
Coordinate with APPs supervising their clinical work as needed.
EMR documentation via Athena.
Fulltime includes one admin halfday weekly parttime schedules available.
Requirements: MD/DO board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
Open to 2025/2026 residents (no visas).
Flexibility to work 25 days/week (benefits at 16 hrs/week).
