Under the direction of the Foundation Executive Director the Foundation Scholarships & Development Manager manages all gift entry donor receipts and acknowledgments. This position also administers Foundation Scholarships and student success grant distributions and tracking. This role manages grant reporting prospect research and analytics while ensuring accurate recordkeeping. The position works with the Foundation CRM (DonorPerfect) scholarship database (AwardSpring) and Foundation budgets and collaborates closely with Foundation staff Fiscal Services and grants teams.Pierce College is a highperforming missiondriven datainformed studentfocused district committed to equity diversity and inclusion. Education Required
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in nonprofit management accounting database systems or related field.
OR
Associates degree plus two 2 years of equivalent work experience in nonprofit management accounting database systems or related field.

Terms of Employment
This is a fulltime administrative exempt position with Pierce College District. The primary work location will be at Pierce College Puyallup campus. Frequent travel to Pierce College campuses or other sites may occur. Standard work hours are between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required. This position requires regular and consistent attendance and may be eligible for one 1 to two 2 telework days once the incumbent is established in the position.
Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $77624.00 to $96040.00 annually. The salary will be determined based on the candidates qualifications and related experience.

Physical Work Environment
This position works indoors in an office environment which requires visual concentration on detail dexterity precision and is subject to frequent noise and interruptions. This position operates in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
