Position: Finance and Insurance Manager
What Youll Do:
- Master the Money: Oversee all finance and insurance operations to ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
- Drive Data Decisions: Analyze financial reports manage risk and develop strategies that keep our financial engine running smoothly
- Customer Champion: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financing options that suit their lifestyle
- Team Builder: Train and mentor staff to foster a dynamic and knowledgeable finance team
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: A proven track record in automotive finance and insurance is required 5 years preferred)
- Skills: Strong analytical skills exceptional customer service abilities and a knack for negotiation
- Certifications: F&I certifications are a plus!
- Personality: Energetic driven and ready to have fun while making a difference
