Job Description

Description

The Quality Team supports the implementation of Micah Projects quality management system:

  • Provide systems administration for LogiQC QMS which supports the key functional areas of the quality management system.
  • Provide systematic quality document development and review to align with practice.
  • Report on data recorded in the quality management system to support analysis and trending for decision making.

The Quality and Audit Worker will provide administrative and operational support across the Quality team. This role involves overseeing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) software assisting in the development and review of quality documents and supporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

This is a permanent full time employment opportunity with conditions and salary at Level 4 of the SCHADS Award.



Skills And Experiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the organisational QMS software (LogiQC QMS) including user management document control incident reporting and feedback reporting.
  • Assist in the development review and implementation of quality documents processes and systems for quality improvement risk management and safety.
  • Develop and provide training and support to users of the QMS software.
  • Provide administrative and planning support for internal and external audits including selfassessments and management reviews.
  • Work closely with Cluster Leads/Team Leaders to understand evidence requirements for external audits.
  • Develop and publish Quality updates on Intranet communications.
  • Monitor the quality inbox and action items as required.
  • Assist in quality reporting activities.
  • Commit to a safe workplace as per the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.

Skills & Experience:

  • Understanding of relevant legislation standards and guidelines in the Human Services/Community sector.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and ability to learn new ICT systems.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the social and community services sector.
  • Familiarity with Human Services Quality Standards (HSQS) ISO:9001 NDIS RACGP National Safety and Quality Primary and Community Healthcare Standards and National Standards for Mental Health Services.
  • Experience in quality document writing and quality management systems.
  • Skills in data reporting and/or data analysis.
  • Qualifications in business administration or safety and quality.
