Tesoro Group is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join one of our longterm clients team. Their corporate office is in Plymouth but this role will be roving around the Twin Cities metro area throughout the day. This role will be working with mostly residential properties. This role is a direct hire role.
Salary: $34$45/hour DOQ. This role is a direct hire role.
Schedule: Monday Friday standard daytime hours.

We are in search of a Journeyman Plumber who aspires for continual personal growth and leadership to make our team even stronger. The role of the Journeyman Plumber is to be a team player that supports a reliable fullservice reputation capable of planning executing and finalizing plumbing projects of all sizes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Install repair and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layouts.
- Utilize hand and power tools for pipe installation threading and welding as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with construction teams onsite to ensure timely project completion.
- Communicate and provide job updates to Construction Project Managers and administrative teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Minnesota Journeyman Plumber License
- Current understanding of both residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and equipment including personal protective equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks lift 50 pounds and work on ladder
- Valid Drivers license with ability to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background screen
