A kind loving family inMiami Floridais seeking adedicated experienced and nurturing LiveIn Nanny/Family Assistantto support their growing household. With a4monthold baby girland a fun active9yearold son this is a wonderful opportunity for someone who truly enjoys working with children and values building a close collaborative relationship with parents.
Mom is currently at home and is looking for atrue partnersomeone who will work sidebyside with her to navigate the beautiful everchanging journey of babys first year. Dad travels occasionally so a calm selfsufficient presence in the home is important. With afulltime housekeeperon staff your role will be focused on childcare organization and helping the family run smoothly day to day.

The Ideal Candidate
You are someone withextensive baby experience who isadaptable emotionally intuitive and brings a calm yet joyful energy to the home. Youre confident enough to take initiative but sensitive enough to read the room and know when to step back. You love keeping things organized enjoy light cooking and household tasks and are happy to support where neededwhether thats baby care walking the familys welltrained10monthold dog or helping manage a busy household.
Youre warm respectful easygoing and take pride in creating a peaceful and wellrun environment. If you practice mindfulness or meditation thats a plus!
Position Responsibilities
Fulltime care for a4monthold infant(primary focus)
Occasional assistance with the familys9yearold son
Light housekeeping and organizational help (closets pantry baby items)
Light meal prep for the family; inventorying and restocking household items
Occasional errands (e.g. post office dry cleaners)
Walking and caring for the family dog (on occasion)
Ability to cook inhome for self (lowodor meals only)
Position Requirements
Minimum of 2 references and 3 years experience with infants preferred
English fluency
Able to travel domestically with family on occasion not a deal breaker
Background check required upon contingent offer
Must be adaptable proactive warm and respectful of family values
