Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in data crunching analysis and generating actionable insights to support strategic decisionmaking. This role requires ability to manage action tracking and ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect clean and analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to present data findings
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into datadriven solutions
- Conduct indepth analysis to support business strategies process improvements and performance optimization
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in data collection and reporting processes
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Gather inputs from teams and ensure consistent messaging
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Project & Action Tracking:
- Track project actions ensuring timely completion of key tasks
- Collaborate across teams to monitor progress and update stakeholders
Reporting:
- Develop executive summaries and standardized reports on project progress
Skills & Qualifications:
58 years of experience in project management or business analysis focused on data analysis
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Word Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience in data analysis business intelligence or a similar role
Communication:
- Strong written and verbal communication
Attention to Detail:
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- High accuracy and clarity in data
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
