VOTRE FUTURE CONTRIBUTION
Dans ce contexte dynamique vous aurez lopportunit de rejoindre le dpartement GO Finance au sein de Commercial Finance.
Sous la supervision du Credit Manager vos missions seront la fois enrichissantes et varies :
Analysez et suivez les KPI du Credit Management tout en participant la cration doutils innovants pour le suivi et lanalyse des crances.
Proposez des amliorations pour optimiser le processus de recouvrement et rduire les dlais de paiement.
Grez les litiges clients avec efficacit et diligence.
Faites galement office de backup pour le Charg Administratif : grez la Bote aux Lettres (BAL) en rpondant aux demandes des clients et en vous occupant des bons de commande.
Votre rle sera essentiel pour garantir une communication fluide et efficace tout en veillant ce que chaque demande soit traite avec soin et rapidit.

Formation/ Bac2 Bac4 en comptabilit finance ou domaine similaire gestion administrative
Rythme dalternance idal: 3 jours entreprise / 2 jours cole par semaine OU 3 semaines entreprise /1 semaine cole
Rythme dalternance viter: 2 semaines entreprise / 2 semaines cole
Comptences comportementales / Soft skills:

Capacit travailler avec rigueur sous pression et grer les priorits
Comptences techniques / Hard skills:
Aisance rdactionnelle
Maitrise du Pack Office (surtout ExcelPowerpoint)
Bases en comptabilit (serait un plus)
Langues: Anglais et Franais courant (tous les documents seront rdiger en anglais)
Outils informatiques:
Office 365 (Excel niveau avanc) Microsoft Teams
Business Intelligence (PowerBi)
