You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Data Policy and ML Governance Leader to join our Data Science team in the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing enforcing and maintaining consistent endtoend standards for model development and deployment as well for data policy . This role is critical for ensuring the responsible and compliant use of data throughout the entire lifecycle of data solutions and client model development with engagements
Key Responsibilities
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD OR 11 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Technical Expertise
8 years of experience with a Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
Proven experience in model risk management
Experience in overseeing the lifecycle of machine learning solutions from data acquisition to deployment and monitoring.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
Leadership Competencies
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.

Strong decisionmaking skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
