Job Description
A Front Desk Agent provides excellent customer service to all guests through a warm and genuine greeting efficient checkin and sharing of information secure handling of guest room keys and personal information and accurate settling of all guest accounts.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel using a computerized hotel management system.
- Verify all guest information at check in; name address method of payment special requests etc.
- Process payment transactions both cash and electronic.
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services facilities and hours of operation.
- Maintain knowledge of current resort events activities and promotions.
- Resolve guest concerns or issues and followup.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly in an attentive courteous and efficient manner.
Qualifications :
- Previous hotel front desk experience required
- Experience with Opera is an asset
- Wellorganized with high attention to detail
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
