Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Director of Sales and Marketing to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. This pivotal role will spearhead our sales and marketing strategies driving revenue growth and elevating our brand in the competitive hospitality landscape.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share
- Lead and inspire a highperforming sales and marketing team fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Oversee the creation and of the Annual MultiYear Commercial Strategy Plan in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Manage all revenue streams including Rooms Catering and Food & Beverage ensuring optimal business mix and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with eCommerce teams to establish and enhance B2B marketing digital marketing social media and public relations channels
- Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer insights to inform strategic decisionmaking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and industry influencers
- Oversee the departmental budget forecasting and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with contractual legal and risk agreement practices in group transient and events bookings
- Drive the implementation and success of sales incentive programmes
- Collaborate with global sales teams and brand representatives to align with corporate objectives
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 18 years experience in hotel sales catering digital marketing revenue management preferably in a 5star upscale and luxury fullservice hotel in Vietnam and internationally
- Proven track record in a directorlevel management role within the hospitality industry
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; advanced degree is advantageous
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning revenue management and market analysis
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop highperforming teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Indepth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and ecommerce platforms
- Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to travel on short notice and adapt to changing schedules
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other European languages is beneficial
