You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Operations Senior Project Manager role sits at the heart of the Transformation Governance and Strategy (TGS) team which itself spans the Customer Service and Know Your Customer functions at Wise.
The successful candidate will join the TGS leadership team and play a key role in shaping our new strategy as well as the opportunity to shape the culture and ways of working that we are looking to establish.
The Senior Project Manager will initially focus on the end to end delivery of KYC priority projects with the potential to expand this focus as they become more comfortable within the role:
How youll do it:
Create governance and drive project of largescale transformational initiatives across our servicing functions (with a focus on KYC)
Drive initiatives from initial discovery and sizing phases through implementation
Define the blueprint and strategy of the TGS Transformation team and build up the team of programme manager
Line manage and coach members of the transformation team
Be part of a cultural shift towards a focus on data driven initiative management and proactive value assurance
Define success and evaluate progress using qualitative and quantitative methods
Qualifications :
About you:
Must have:
Substantial >5 years) of project / program management ideally including PMO / TMO work
Skilled in creating highquality project plans breaking down tasks mapping dependencies and identifying the critical path to launch.
Experience running governance and setting cadences (SteerCos Strategy planning sessions key operational meetings)
Track record of designing proactive interventions to bring projects back on track / other value assurance experience
Able to influence without direct authority
You excel as a playercoach switching effortlessly between being an individual contributor and leading a wider team. Whether its diving deep into data analysis design or regulations you have a superpower as an individual contributor.
Nice to have:
Fintech or Financial Services sector experience
KYC experience
