Job Description
Hours: 40 hours per week (fixed term until end of July)
Salary: 24 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee and assist in the preparation and presentation of all meals and service across the Hall Garden and Events
- To lead and drive the brigade team in the planning and development of menus dishes and concepts
- To provide guidance to junior chefs and porters
- To be responsible for ordering and management food production
- To keep a record of food production volumes waste stock holding and food costs concerns
Qualifications :
- Formal culinary training with at least 2 years experience within production or event work
- Good foundation of Health and Safety Food Safety and COSHH
- Strong organisational skills
- Proven management skills with highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
