Wiltshire College & University Centre have an excellent opportunity for a Plumbing & Heating Engineer Lecturer to join our team.

Job Type: Full Time Permanent 37 Hours Per week 52 weeks)

Plumbing & Heating Engineer Lecturer The Role:

Are you passionate about Plumbing and Heating Engineering Do you have a knack for teaching and inspiring the next generation of industry professionals Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer Lecturer.

As a Plumbing & Heating Engineer Lecturer you will play a pivotal role in delivering highquality teaching and learning experiences to our diverse student body. Your expertise and industry experience will shape the curriculum ensuring it remains relevant and meets industry standards. You will inspire and motivate students fostering their development and preparing them for successful careers in the field.

Plumbing & Heating Engineer Lecturer Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lectures practical sessions and workshops in Plumbing and Heating Engineering.
  • Develop and update course materials to reflect industry advancements and best practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methods and curriculum development.
  • Actively participate in student recruitment enrolment activities and open days to promote the Plumbing & Heating Engineering programs.

Plumbing & Heating Engineer Lecturer You

We are seeking candidates who hold:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing.
  • Gas competency.
  • IQA & Assessors Award or a willingness to work towards one.
  • A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
  • Level 2 (GCSE AC) in English and Maths or a willingness to work towards them.
  • Willingness to undertake renewables delivery training.
  • Uptodate knowledge of industry trends regulations and technologies.
