Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Sets table with cutlery crockery linens and glassware as per Holt Renfrew standards.
Ensures all items are perfectly clean.
Refills all condiment holders and supplies.
Assists Servers in delivering orders as needed.
Refills water bread etc as required.
Removes dishes after courses.
Brings used dishes cutlery and serving plates to the cleaning station.
Changes linens as required.
Ensure compliance with privacy policies regulations and cyber security measures.
The ideal candidate:
High School Diploma
23 years previous experience in similar capacity

Client feedback
Regular walk throughs
Observation
