Description

Portico has a fabulous opportunity to join our team as a Director of Client Relations!

General Purpose:

The Director of Client Relations is primarily responsible for leading business development efforts and driving the growth of client partnerships across key markets. Responsibilities include property analysis potential client communication contract administration client relationship and communications and seamless transition of new business into operations. The position will work crossfunctionally with internal teams and directly with executive leadership to build and maintain a strong pipeline and elevate overall client experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development strategy aligned with company goals and revenue goals.
  • Build maintain and leverage highlevel client and industry relationships.
  • Engage in crossfunctional collaboration with other teams to ensure comprehensive business plans and budgets are created for new opportunities.
  • Lead and manage business development support team members setting strategic priorities and mentoring growth.
  • Prepare market and industry research to identify target markets communities and/or clients.
  • Evaluate and provide insight into economic activity conditions and trends to include indepth property level underwriting market research rent surveys and supply/demand analytics.
  • Direct the preparation of management opportunity proposals and presentations including RFP narratives graphical charts and financial and strategic analyses.
  • Identify and optimize opportunities for lead generation.
  • Maintain a pipeline of new business and all stages of the business development process.
  • Develop and organize new business development initiatives tools and resources
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance visibility and brand awareness.
  • Help facilitate transition processes from business development to Transition/Operations teams ensuring alignment among all parties and a smooth handoff.

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience with strong team management and mentorship abilities.
  • Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and writtenwith the ability to present ideas and data to executives and clients.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic integrity a passion for real estate and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced highperformance team environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must exemplify and promote company core values and culture daily.
