Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Water Sector in Windsor ON.Responsibilities & Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating and working with inspectors for field reviews data collection and analysis studies and forecasting.
- Collect and manage data for engineering or construction work such as to perform quantity takeoffs for development of engineering estimate.
- Prepare project data for schedules assist in preparing schedules and budgets in order to monitor progress reports.
- Assist in change orders negotiations with contractors.
- Review contractor invoicing to verify quantities and enter contractor invoices into Clients online system.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFCATIONS:
- with Professional Engineers Ontario or eligible to register.
- 510 years of relevantinfrastructure construction experience with a focus on sewers pumping stations and/or wastewater facilities strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Client focused always striving to give clients the best solutions.
- Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients toughest challenges.
- High levels of integrity always doing the right thing in an ethical fair and sustainable way.
- Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team working together toward technical excellence.
