A respected midsized multispecialty law firm headquartered in Richmond Virginia is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its growing and dynamic real estate practice in their Richmond office.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters including:
Real estate acquisitions and sales
Commercial leasing
Real estate development projects
Real estate finance and lending
Drafting reviewing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements leases loan documents and developmentrelated agreements
Managing title and survey reviews and other diligence processes
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
Strong academic background and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Positive teamoriented attitude and professional demeanor
Experience at a large regional or national law firm preferred
Desire to work on complex transactions including national deals with meaningful client interaction
Licensed to practice in Virginia or eligible for reciprocal admission
