Job Summary:
This person is responsible for the of Wings ThirdParty sourcing endtoend activities. You will take full ownership of applicable business processes ensuring their efficiency standardization and adherence to sourcing best practices. This includes establishing faster better and easier approaches and capabilities to identify assess monitor and report on ThirdParty planning onboarding performance and contract management.
Essential Functions:
- Own facilitate and manage Wings Request for Information (RFI) Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
- Partner with business units and other stakeholders to develop and document the ThirdParty Risk Management framework and business processes and align them with the sourcing and procurement processes and policies.
- Conduct research to aid ThirdParty selection including market analysis benchmarking market pricing and spend analysis.
- Create and implement mechanisms and channels to gather operational issues and tie them back to existing contractual SLAs for effective ThirdParty performance management and to guide future contract negotiations and improvements in the contractual SLA clauses.
- Create ThirdParty scorecards to capture spend patterns and performance metrics and analyze to contracts as needed.
- Report on ThirdParty spend and effectiveness to businesses and other stakeholders.
- Work with business leaders to drive effective ThirdParty negotiations for cost and pricing.
- Maintain data integrity of ThirdParty relationships in terms of lifecycle of contracts service level agreements pricing changes.
- Develop and facilitate training to build strategic sourcing process awareness across Wings Financial Credit Union.
- Support the of other risk strategic projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Supply Chain Management Economics Accounting or equivalent combination of training education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and/or ThirdParty management.
- Background in contracting and negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with strategic sourcing.
- Familiarity with the financial services or highly regulated industry processes and terminology.
- Knowledge of operational risk and/or ThirdParty due diligence financial/banking regulations and internal controls.
- Understanding of the ThirdParty life cycle and how internal roles interact and operate throughout the duration of ThirdParty engagements.
- Knowledge of state and Federal laws; industry regulations principles and practices; and company policies that are applicable to ThirdParty relationships.
- Knowledge and experience with ThirdParty management software programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Selfmotivated with positive solutionoriented mindset.
- Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent people skills required with the ability to build and develop strong/collaborative working relationships.
- Experience in developing and implementing change initiatives with a solid track record for delivering results.

Pay Range:$85k$105k plus 15 annual target bonus. The estimated hiring range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other jobrelated reasons.
