Job Title: Identity and Access Management Governance Lead (IDAM)

About the RoleYou will be joining the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) division as a Lead within the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. This critical leadership role is responsible for defining and driving the strategic operational and regulatory direction of Euroclears Identity and Access Management practices. You will ensure that our systems and processes allow the right individuals to access the right resources at the right time in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Define and be responsible for the of Euroclears IAM governance strategy ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements industry standards and internal policies.
- Lead and coordinate IAM policy development implementation and enforcement ensuring only authorized individuals can access specific data and resources.
- Drive compliance and audit readiness by regularly reviewing IAM systems and processes and supporting evidence collection for internal and external reviews.
- Lead rolebased access control (RBAC) including onboarding applications managing business roles and ensuring alignment with security and business needs.
- Identify assess and mitigate compliance risks related to identity and access management through proactive risk management practices.
- Ensure data protection by implementing measures to control access to sensitive data in accordance with applicable laws and internal guidelines.
- Stay ahead of evolving industry trends technologies and regulatory developments embedding them into Euroclears IAM framework.
- Represent IDAM in front of regulators and internal collaborators with confidence clarity and integrity.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of 1520 IAM professionals encouraging collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrable experience in a senior IAM role with deep knowledge of access management user lifecycle management privileged access management and recertification.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of optimally leading teams with varied strengths and multifunctional initiatives.
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and audit requirements related to IAM.
- Experience in working with tools such as ServiceNow for IAM control and evidence management.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Strategic demeanor with handson experience in implementing IAM standard methodologies at an enterprise scale.
