Job Description

Spare parts and service coordinator

Thanks to you the Spare Parts and Service Coordinator every customer in Ukraine is supported professionally. Whether it concerns existing orders/quotes manage requests and inquiries related to spare parts orders and quotes including delivery status return requests and pricing; you are pivotal in the contacts between the JBT Marel service organization and its valued customers. You handle all situations with a smile. With your technical and commercial insight and your listening skills you quickly understand what the customers problem is and then you ensure proper resolution of the issue.

The Spare Parts and Service Coordinator is the key contact for customers and internal employees to identify and seek the right parts.

The objective of this role is to provide world class customer service throughout the whole parts request handling process.This is a very versatile and varied job which is a good match for people with a commercial feeling organizational skills and technical insight. Key daily tasks within this role are:

  • Managing customer expectations with regards to parts delivery

  • Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotations

  • Update and register customer information

  • Update and register installed base information

  • supporting our service engineers about the issues and tasks they have to execute like inspect analyze repair and execute overhauls of our installations. You provide them with the necessary technical information and inform them about the followup of contractual agreements with the customer.

  • Identify sales opportunities for parts

  • Ensure customers needs are met quickly and efficiently. This includes customer needs assessment meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Follow all parts requests through to their completion

  • Manage spare parts quotations and orders and provide delivery status

  • Communicate regularly with other individuals/departments within the organization

  • Managing expectations of our customers and colleagues. You keep everyone involved informed (prior to and after the job) through your clear communication and record everything in our systems.

About you

Do you have a technical background or healthy interest in technics and do you understand how to build a strong customer relationship Do you communicate easily in Ukrainian Polish and English and are you good at listening and asking questions Then this could just be your new challenge. Also we are looking for someone who:

  • Has a Bachelor degree preferably from a technical college or similar knowledge level

  • Is a customer and serviceoriented person. Even if the conversation becomes tough you remain calm and handle it with a smile.

  • Has administrative skills. The quality of our service is highly dependent on the data we process in our systems. You are good at that do not forget anything and ensure complete reporting. It is an advantage if you have experience with administrative systems eg ERP / CRM).

  • You see the importance of a longterm relationship with the customer/region. You act in that interest and handle in the customers interest. Of course you also keep the interests of Marel in mind.

  • is eager curious and willing to learn.

  • Has knowledge of Spare Part processes and warehousing ideally worked in a Sales or Service environment and with ERP systems preferably SAP

  • Can communicate fluently in Polish Ukrainian and English
