Program & Community Development: Design implement and manage a variety of talent attraction programs including early talent (coops internships new grads) apprenticeships workforce development initiatives and partnerships that build longterm inclusive talent pipelines. Establish and maintain relationships with schools community organizations nonprofits and workforce agencies to expand access to underrepresented talent pools and support broader hiring goals.
Business Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand evolving talent needs and ensure programs align with business and workforce planning strategies.
Employer Branding Support: Collaborate with our Marketing and Communications teams to help position GFL as an employer of choice through storytelling campaigns and branded candidate experiences.
Event Strategy: Support the planning and of targeted presence at job fairs community events and campus initiatives that align with program goals and branding strategies.
Project Management: Own project plans timelines deliverables and outcomes related to program development and .
Tracking & Reporting: Measure program success track engagement metrics analyze ROI and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in human resources Business or a related field.
3 years of experience in program management HR talent attraction or a related area.
Experience developing or managing early talent community engagement or workforce programs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive projects forward.
Proven relationshipbuilding skills with external partners such as schools community organizations and nonprofits.
A passion for building meaningful programs that create longterm impact and support inclusive hiring practices.
