This refined venue is passionate about openfire cooking bold flavours and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Theyre seeking an experienced Chef De Partie with a background in rosetted establishments and highvolume kitchens to join their talented team.

- 35000 per annum plus circa 3000 service charge

- Leading your section to maintain consistency and quality across highvolume service

- Assisting in menu planning and food preparation ensuring precision in every dish
- Managing mise en place and ensuring smooth service operations
- Upholding food safety and hygiene regulations to the highest standard
